This is a chain toys store so I'm only referring to this particular location. The parking lot is on smaller side so if you are picking up large items drive around to the back. It's organized inside and they have a separate changing room. The manager was super helpful and staff are friendly. All month of December they have 10% off Thursdays for members. You can only turn into the parking lot if you are going North on Milwaukee or East on Golf Rd. Avoid Saturdays as it gets very busy.

Great selection, but this store seems completely understaffed every time we visit. The registers always have a line that takes a good amount of time to go though. When available, the employees here are very friendly and make the experience worth it. Great parking lot.

Every time I try to give this location a chance I get disappointed once again. The employees there or not only extremely slow at the registers the ones working at the sales floor or no help at all. If I ask if they have an item the answer is immediately no they do not even check. A few occasions I have been here trying to buy formula from my son that they seem to be always out of stock on and they don’t even check in the back to see if they have any. I have tried to buy a bottle nipples also out of stock they seem to never restock their shelves and it is getting a little ridiculous because this is a baby store. I would really appreciate it if somebody would speak with these employees and have them be retrained.

We were trying to find the Playhouse we found online from Toy R Us website for our nephew. We got there trying to find it by ourselves first but we couldn’t. So, we asked one of the employee there which he just told us to go look around outdoor section. Not even trying to see or check from the information we have but then we saw Mirzet (I saw his name tag). He spent good 20 minute checking it in the back for us and even though they don’t have it in that store, he still trying to check if any other location has it for us. Our first time at this lacation, even we haven’t gotten what we looking for but we still satisfied with the service that Mirzet provided us.

Had to get a gift for a kid and we stopped at this store. It was Wednesday during the day so it was not crowded at all. We asked someone for help and she was nice to help and look for a different size, unfortunately the size was not there but the associate did offer to call another store. They also didn't have it but we did but some things here anyway. They do offer plenty of toys and clothes. Will stop by again.
