This place is very well stocked. whatever your building needs, they pretty much have it. The will-call department is great! Tony and everyone in there is very helpful and friendly! However... The actual employees in the store... Not so much. They're not really rude, they're just not helpful at all. But overall a good builders supply.

Some prices are higher than Amazon but some are lower. Customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable and helpful

You are losing business on exotic wood and the wood enthusiast. You also, need to re-open on Sundays. Rockler is taking your hardwood business. And you need to let the public know that you are open on Sunday if you want that day to be successful. Saying that you want to give you employees time off for family time is baloney. Publicizing what you have makes all the difference. Staying silent and banking on your name is failure. I'm a retailer, who never lets people forget who I am and what I do.
