WORKBENCH. Everyone raves about the awesome employees, sure they are. But to make it short, I needed new window screens for a client and paid $83 for a set of two. I was told they'll be ready the next day. Came back...they weren't ready. "Please have them ready for tomorrow at 2:30pm". Came back the day after... not ready. Now I'm sitting here waiting, losing time and money. This is a lesson on patiently accepting what life dishes out.

Extremely helpful staff, the store isn't as big as HD but they have what I need majority of the time. When they were out of a product they found it in another location.

There was one person that made this store stand out and that was yollanda. We went in to buy paint and supplies to remodel our new place and she was there every step of the way. We were told by a contractor we needed 10 gallons of paint for our place. Yollanda said we would only need 6. 7 if we really wanted to be safe. She also helped advice us on what color works best for our home with natural light. Not only did she save us money she also helped with picking the perfect color. Normally I go to home depot because it's cheaper, but you get what you pay for. If rather spend the extra money and come to orchard and know I'm leaving with good quality items. Plus at orchard it does not take 10 minutes to find someone for help. Again if you stop by this store ask for YOLLANDA she can't steer you wrong.
