Incredibly unprofessional- saw it fit to all-but-accuse me of seeking drugs (or "dope" and "speed", in the words of this doctor) instead of behaving with professionalism and empathy towards a documented psychological condition. An outmoded, uncompassionate approach to healthcare.

Dr. Kini has never steered me wrong with diagnosis. If you don't need a prescription medicine then he will let you know instead of just giving you a prescription. Good Doc.

I am new to this office. The first day I came in I was asked to come back at exactly 2pm I came early to be sure I could be seen I was asked to pay a Co payment before I was seen. Then I waited for 45 mins. No triage or anything. I decided to leave. There were so many clients around coughing and blowing their nose I didn't want to feel worse. I got a call to Come back the following week, front desk is horrible (whoever answers the phone) told me to come in I would not wait as I did before. SAME OLD DIFFERENT DAY. I could not believe this was happening. Dont go there find another physician. I sure plan to after this roller coaster experience. Unprofessional needs better organization and licensed professionals on staff. If I could give half a star I would because they are good at baiting.

Dr. Kini treats you as an individual patient addressing your needs, kind, considerate, and his compassion staff listens also. Clean environment and progressive in care. Oh and paying, the costs were less than any facility we visited and we paid first at all of them. But didn't mind paying the Office. Dr. Kini Thank you for understanding immediate care!💒
