Hi Everyone, Ive been sending my two girls to Dr Bigby for 3 years now. The location is great, staff very friendly, organized, caring, excellent customer service, always willing to fit you in when you need to see a doctor immediately same day without an appointment according to your childs symptoms. Hey this is on a case by case basis only. The office operating hours os convenient monday thru saturday, yes open on a Saturday, no more emergency room or urgent care. The office has two different entrances for their patients. One entrance for sick children the other entrance, if your child is not sick. This Doctors office stand out from the rest because if your doctor is out of the office or full to capacity with patients for an day you would like an appointment. Well guess what? Your able to get your appointment on the day you request. However, your able to make an appointment with another Pediatric Doctor in the office its up to the patient, but if you want to see your doctor you will have to wait and make an appointment on another day when your Dr. Is available. Okay now your child will have a complete full exam each time. Your blood pressure, weight is checked by a medical assistant. Your Dr will go over the full exam with you pertaining to history reports and give recommendations. This is based on my experience you may have different results but im a very picky person. Great staff all 5 stars if Google had more i will give more. Thanls for your help....

Excellent office staff. I love the fact that they have separate waiting areas to keep the healthy kids separated from the sick. Great physicians, I would definitely recommend doctors: Chen, Bigsby, and Desai.

My kids have been attending this doctor office for 8 years and every year it's get worst. I've finally have had enough. We are changing physician's. The front desk has the most rudely people ever. I was in there office for 3 hours once and 4 hours the next time. This office use to be sooo much better when Dr. Goldberg was there all the time. Now it's gone down hill.
