First it took me forever to get someone to actually answer the phone, after several tries I was finally able to make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 02/05/16 and it was to be a meet and greet only with Dr. Osselyn. I arrived 5 minutes late due to Friday traffic 5 minutes, well once I signed in the check in person said do you have an appointment, I replied yes with Dr. Osselyn at 4pm, she then proceeded to tell me wait a moment and stepped away and went to the back. When she came back she said Dr. Osselyn stated she won't be able to see me today because I was 6 minutes late, I couldn't believe my ears. I said huh are you serious, she replied yes because I would have to complete the new patient forms that would take 10 minutes. Left totally speechless and standing there looking like a deer in the headlights she then ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Still in the twilight zoom I rescheduled the appointment for April. The receptionist gave me the new patient forms to complete so when I come back they would be done. After I left and looked at the forms that had obviously been completed 1000 times and now looked like a blurred mess I said oh no I won't be going back there. Totally unprofessional and 5 minutes late only to be turned away, I think I can do a lot better. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I work for a pediatric office and I'm proud to say our office is ran almost seamlessly and NEVER would we turn a patient away for being 5 minutes late. This is just my experience but I'm sure there are others who have experienced the same. smh
