Extremely happy with the work done by the folks at Ganser.  They did a wonderful job replacing our second story master bathroom shower after it began leaking into our living room (originally a tile shower that had not been installed properly by the previous homeowners).  Love the results.  I want to specifically thank and recommend Jason, the sales person that helped us plan out the project and get the paperwork in order, and Greg (and crew!) that made it a reality.  All were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with.  We'll certainly use Ganser again in the future (hopefully for something less urgent!)

Unfortunately we were hit by a major hail storm and were in need of some major repairs.

I am new to the area and wanted to make sure we would could retain a reputable company to secure our repairs.
After a little bit of homework I invited Mark Ganser into our home for an interview.

We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, and knowledge of what would be required to put our home back to its better than original condition!

Mark went into great detail about how Ganser only does it's roofing the "Ganser Way" 
I must admit, it truly was better than new..

The siding, gutters and roof have all been replaced with total care for our property, including the grass, trees, and shrubs.. They were never in danger of being hurt during the process.

If we are ever in need of future work for our home, we will certainly call Mark and his team of professionals to do our home repairs.

They are top notch and total professionals.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Ganser for new windows and roof.  Everyone person on the job was professional and experienced.  They took the time to explain the process, cleaned up nicely, and the work they did is high quality.  We will definitely go back for more work.

I wish I had read these reviews before I signed a contract in August for entry doors that have yet to be installed 5 months later.  I had to pay half at contract signing as well. They have called me every three weeks to set an estimated date and then call to cancel and set yet another date three weeks out. This last time they never even bothered to “cancel”  my estimated date of install and I had to call them the morning of asking if they were coming. They said no. Too bad they held my day hostage without the decency of letting me know they were not going to show up. And truth to be told they don’t seem very concerned about the way they do business. I get the messsge it’s kind of my problem that I am not a satisfied customer. Let’s see if I ever get these doors.

UPDATE: After I published my initial review, I received a call within an hour letting me know that my work had been scheduled for the next morning. 

A worker showed up an hour earlier to get started, and completed the work satisfactorily. In fact, he did a fine job. While he was there, Nate showed up and introduced himself as a marketing manager for the company. He listened attentively as I gave him a friendly but honest account of my experience with Ganser. He noted that they were working to improve their customer service - even having removed some people from positions that met with the public. 

My experiences with the workers who showed up to examine my roof and provide estimates and do the work were friendly and fine. I emphasized their need to be communicative with customers and I felt my feedback was heard and responded to. 

I've updated to 4 stars because of that responsiveness, and the final quality of work performed, which was fine. I only wish the timeline had been shorter.
