ABC Seamless just finished our roof and gutters and they look great! After speaking with 10 contractors, we went with them because they were easily the most professional and quickest with communication and submitting bids. Thankfully their professionalism continued throughout the process with scheduling and timeliness and quality of work. We will also go with them for our new siding. 

John and Emma go above and beyond and have been such a pleasure to work with! Great people with great service and communication, and great quality work. Very highly recommended, top notch family business!!!

ABC was working on my neighbor's house when I approached them for a few small jobs I had. Within an hour I had an estimate and a date set to complete my projects. While I appreciate this time line can't always work, it highlights the diligence and hard work of John and his crew. They showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up and took debris away with them. This was small job and I have often had a hard time getting help for small jobs. I will certainly use their services in the future!

ABC Seamless Home Specialists just finished doing a steel roof on our house & garage. We couldn't be more pleased! It looks great and more importantly - their quote was fair and they COMMUNICATED throughout the whole process. We knew what was going on, how long it was going to take, etc. Not often you find contractors who are as awesome at communicating as they are at doing their job! We'll definitely be keeping them in mind in the future for other jobs.

So our house is a renovation black hole.  Every contractor comes in and gets surprised by how much longer the project takes than expected.  The house is both bigger than it seems and also in worse shape.  Every single contractor.  And we've had many.  On one hand, it's a great litmus test.

We had ABC Seamless replace windows, siding, and gutters.  And the underlying framing.  (See: renovation black hole)  The price of the steel siding is very reasonable--in fact it was only a few thousand more than vinyl siding and it looks much nicer.  

They were one of the few companies that were able to handle the complete project, from fixing the framing as they took off the old siding, to insulating, to properly connecting the siding to the windows (both theirs and others).  They didn't have to subcontract any of the framing or electrical or other extra work, so timelines and price were kept down.  And as far as my own house's personal litmus test, they were extremely fair in the price of the 'extra' work which you couldn't see until you opened up the walls.  They fixed huge swaths of framing around multiple window and multiple walls for the same price that this other contractor charged fixed one patch of one wall.  They also took down a day's worth work without a single complaint in order to free a nest of baby birds. (You could only hear them from the inside so it was an easy mistake to side over their hole.  There were many holes.  See: black hole of renovation.) 

The windows look great and they operate smoothly.  The price was much less than most companies, I think partially since they fit the window within the hole of the previous one.  This means the total area of the glass is typically less than what was in the old window, so make note of that.  For one of the windows, that effect was dramatic enough that we decided it was worth it to expand the hole in the wall, make a new header and put in a larger window.  For the most part, though, the reduction in glass area wasn't noticable (and certainly worth saving a few thousand dollars).

Another thing they do well is treat women with respect.  This is the thing that my coworker liked best about them, and it's a differentiating characteristic of theirs.  They never bullshitted me, they never talked down to me, or blinked an eye at me taking the lead on important decisions (even independent of whether or not my husband was right there).  They either realized that I've remodeled multiple old houses before or they just assumed I was a competent human being.  Either way, it was nice.

So far everything is working well.  They were good at cleaning up the site and coming back to make small tweaks at my request.  The newsletters they have are long and quirky, but also genuine and sweet.  After working with these folks for a number of months now, I'd say they are just as honest and hardworking as they first appear.

We couldn't be happier. John and Eric were great to work with and the end product is exactly what we wanted. They were professional, respectful of our property, very accommodating of our situation and scheduling, and provided excellent products and craftsmanship. We would recommend them without hesitation.
