Mad City took our bath tub out and installed a shower stall. We are so happy with the final product! It was the best decision we could have made.  From the estimate all the way to installation, was a wonderful process. They called to keep us up to date on where our materials were. Once they were in they set up installation. The crew that came to complete the installation were polite and had us check their work through the process. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job!

I had to replace the patio doors to the deck but was putting it off.  The last ones I had replaced by a different company were good but the overall experience was more of an ordeal than I had expected. I contacted Mad City because of an ad I saw on TV.   I was very pleased with the work done by Mad City.  The door is beautiful and the installer even replaced the woodwork surrounding it.  Amazing!  All the old woodwork and door were removed very neatly.  The new woodwork was stained, the perimeter sealed. All in one day, all in all a great job.  The previous door had taken three appointments to get the job done.When we had our windows replaced a few years earlier we considered Mad City but went with a different company due to a recommendation.  We've regretted it ever since.  If I every have doors or windows replaced I now know who to call!

We needed a new shower with bars for my disabled husband. Mad City Baths did an excellent job! The guys showed up on time and were very friendly and polite. Finished the job faster than I thought and all was cleaned up when they left. Although they are a little pricey, the salesman, who we enjoyed speaking with, worked with us to make payments and we love the shower! Amazingly easy to clean and so much easier for my husband. Thank you, Mad City!

Every person we dealt with from Mad City was professional and positive. 
 If I had a question it was answered quickly. Our salesperson was honest and every promise he made to us was put in writing.  The installers were professional, fast and cleaned up after themselves.  The tub looks beautiful and everything works as supposed to.

I really love our new bath and shower from Mad City! From start to finish they were polite, friendly and professional and the job turned out beautifully. It's a shame I have to hang shower curtains!! Everything works fine and there have been no problems. The people that installed it made sure they did everything to our satisfaction and took their time. They did not rush. I would recommend them!
