Such an awesome store! I live in South Tulsa but will drive all the way to midtown for this gap! They are very helpful and always help me pick out on-trend outfits. Recommend highly

This gap has exceptional customer service! It makes shopping easy, and the employees are helpful. I was asked if I needed help multiple times, and the store was organized so it is easy to shop!

Customer service is terrible!! Never have I ever had an experience like my mother and I did at this particular location and my aunt has been the General Manager for Gap(not this particular gap) for years and I've seen her work ethic as a GM and she's not even too good to get out on the floor and help customers so with that being said I've never seen such terrible workers & managers and I would say names but I won't do that just go to the one in Woodland Hills Mall and save yourself from the rudeness. I didn't even want to give the 1 star that's how horrible the experience was but I had to, to write my review.

Waitined in line for 15 minutes while multiple workers walked around the store instead of checking out. One person was checking out for ten minutes because she was still running around the store shopping and looking for other sizes. I live in midtown but will not be coming back to this locations. Also- the store was a total wreck. Get it together.
