The nicest and most helpful dealership I have ever worked with!! I had a problem because I was trading to early-due to unforeseen circumstances-so being upside down is a major issue. Needless, to say the sales team listened to what I said and steered me to the right car, although I came to look at something else!! The car I bought was perfect!! The whole process was painless and fast. And I am thrilled with my new car!!! I would highly recommend this dearship because they go over and above to satisfy their customers!! I can rant and rave about them all day; so trust me: give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Just a little note to you to let you know just how grateful I am. I have found such an amazing dealership with an EXCEPTIONAL service department that I can trust with my repairs. Garber Automotive really does strive for high quality and their employees reflect that beautifully. I was having a few issues with my 2016 Encore. (I drive over 200 plus miles a day) When I called with the issue… Corey, my service advisor immediately arranged a rental car and scheduled me in. Corey was very professional and an absolute joy to work with. Corey kept me informed throughout the process of the repair. The auto technician did an amazing job. He made sure everything was working properly before returning the car to me. I truly believe you have some of the best mechanics in the trade at Garber. Garber Automotive is truly a company that provides high quality auto repair with integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service with a personal touch. I have been a pleased customer of yours for the last 2 years or so and refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else. Congratulations on building such a wonderful company! One of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Harris was personable and a very friendly salesman. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good pre-owned vehicle at a fair price.

Garber Chevy has been by far the best experience I've had since moving to Jax. I've brought both my car and truck in for service and also bought parts from the dealer. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Corey in the service department when both vehicles were brought in. I can't say enough good things about him. And about the service department. While there my wait time was almost nonexistent. I came in, was greeted by Corey and he explained everything to a "t", everything I wanted done and needed done was above expectations. Thank you for being the cleanest and in my opinion the best dealership in and around Jax area.

Tyler the salesman and Mike the finance guy were awesome. It is nice to have a low pressure and transparent experience. Props to Tyler for riding in the back with our three kiddos during the test drive. I highly recommend Garber Automall and especially dealing with these two.
