My local Friendly Winn Dixie, I always have a good expereience here. I have no Complaints. Its not fancy but just what you expect a mid range grocer should be. All the Staff are friendly and will help you in a second if you ask.

We recently moved to this area and every time there never seems to be enough help and long checkout lunes. This store has no self checkout either, so customers are stuck waiting. I have yet to see anyone other than the cashier and the customer bagging groceries. I feel if I am spending $200/$300. grocery shopping I shouldn't feel the need to also bag the groceries.
At any time, the parking lot is filled with grocery carts and electric scooters. I asked the manager about sugar free ice cream and I WS told they don't carry it but I could drive to Fleming Island for it.
Just mediocre to poor customer service

I love winn dixie!  The freshest, tastiest angus beef, you'll ever find short of doing it yourself.
Clean store, clearly marked aisles  and helpful staff.
