Recently bought a used 2015 Chevy from these guys. Was a pretty good experience, our salesman was Bill Ciszon,  he was a decent guy. The only complaint I had was it took quite a long time to get all the paperwork signed, other than that we had a good experience.  As I was leaving he was showing my wife how to use all the electronics stuff in the car, I thought that was cool because I read so many reviews on here saying they were crappy and don't care about customers,  we didn't see that.  Also we had to go get an additional key a couple days later and the service guy gave my wife a new GM key and we had agreed to take a cheaper aftermarket key, even though I wasn't paying I understand they wanted to save money too, but they did it to make her happy , and they washed it too, I would recommend these guys.

I am very happy with the service that I've received at Gary Lang. The service department goes above and beyond anything I ever expected. Jeff Simonelli was so professional and an expert in his field. The issues with my car were handled perfectly. It can be an upsetting thing when there's a problem with my car. But never have I felt that way while dealing with him. I feel very sure about the work that is ever done there. And that is a secure feeling to drive away with! Thanks again for your help.

We recently leased a new car from Gary Lang and had a great experience.  From the moment we stepped on the lot, we had a positive experience.  When we went in last week to test drive a few vehicles there were no hassles or unnecessary delays.  Kevin and Tim from the sales team were able to quickly provide prices for a handful of lease options. There was no pressure to immediately sign. Kevin followed up with us a few days later and then prepared everything for our arrival at the dealership which made a speedy transaction.  We have had quite a few rough experiences at other dealers in the area and were pleasantly surprised by how easy and enjoyable this car buying experience was.  We look forward to returning to Gary Lang and working with Kevin again!

We had a great experience!  I got the price I wanted, and they even stayed open late for us to show up. They had the car washed and ready and staff to get all the paperwork done quickly and effortlessly. Everyone was very pleasant. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all and I felt they were very scincere, not the usual feeling you get at a dealership. I would definitely go back for our next car!! Thank you Cody and team!!

I didn't have much other than a trade in, a couple hundred bucks and terrible credit. They really made sure I left in a car that I liked at a fair and honest price. I was also very impressed by the staff's ability to cooperate and make sure I left satisfied, especially Josh in sales and Chris in the finance department. Thank you all for helping me. I greatly appreciate your efforts and would recommend Gary Lang to anyone looking for a new or used car at a reasonable price!
