Antioch made me feel at home and never pressured me.  Kevin listened to what I was trying to accomplish and gave me multiple options. They didn't try to hold me at the dealership when the deal didn't get done.  It took a week of working the numbers out but it was well worth it.  I live over 4 hours away from the dealership and would buy another car from Antioch in the future.  I' m very pleased with the service and hospitality.

We had a great experience purchasing a car with this dealership. Frankie made us feel very comfortable and we felt like we got a fair and honest deal. Went to a couple other dealerships and this was the best experience we had.

I made a couple hour drive to Antioch because of advertised pricing I had found online.  I initially set up an appointment online with Makayla, and then worked with Christopher Patterson on the details of finding the truck I wanted.  I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism as well as the willingness to make things work.  Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership.

went in to look at a new vehicle as we have been shopping around and they were so helpful..Frankie treated us so great and fun to talk to and understood what we wanted and needed for what was in are budget. He gave us so many options to choose from and helped us narrow down are new vehicle ..so glad and happy to be apart of the Antioch Dodge Family

Wow.. what a dealership!. I was driving from out of town, my check engine light came on as did a few other warning lights. I realize that it might be connected to my battery as I found the inside light was on that morning which required me to have the battery jumped. When the warning lights appeared as I was driving through Antioch, I found that there was a Dodge Jeep dealership right off of HWY 4. I went in and I was greeted by service advisor TJ. He informed me that the service department was short handed and that my Jeep would not be looked at today. I rented a car and proceeded with my day. The next day he calls to tell me that I needed a new battery. To my surprise a new battery a this dealership cost me $ 500. Yes, that is correct- Five Hundred Dollars. Yes, I did agree to have the service done, since I was out of town and I needed my Jeep back. After telling the cashiers that I felt screwed, three of them agreed and told me to talk to a customer service manager. I agreed. The young lady did agree that it appeared a bit high, but she didn't set the prices. She said she would get another manager. Instead the original service tech came into the room, He told her, " here is my defense....he agreed to the new battery". He told me I could of had the car towed off the lot and walked and got a new battery and install it myself. 
 I guess this dealership enjoys out of town customers. The labor to change out the battery was $255. The battery was $ 195.00. The ladies at the cashier station again told me to find a manager... I was to upset. The dealership did give me 10% off the battery. The normal cost of the battery would of been $214.00 for a BATTERY. 
I wish I was afforded the opportunity to talk to a manager. Needless to say, I will never spend another penny at this CLIP JOINT. CUSTOMER BEWARE.
