I had a great experience at Pauly Toyota. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was one of the nicest I’ve seen. My salesman, Jeff, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was professional, honest, personable, and provided exceptional customer service. At the dealership My wife and I were met by Clayton who understood our requirements immediately and proposed a couple of options. He then proceeded to explain financing options as well and made the whole process easy and painless for us. We ended up getting a Toyota Highlander from them. My wife and I are very happy with care and consideration we were shown by Clayton and his understanding of our needs. We had been looking to get a car since fall of last year and ended up with getting it from Pauly Toyota.

This place was great from the first moment I walked in, sales people were nice and not pushy and everything went smoothly in the purchase of my new vehicle. Jeff Vacari was probable one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I definitely will be back here in the future. My compliments to the people running this place, they are doing something right!!

I can't believe how awesome every single person that works here is. Every single person has been kind and accommodating, even the service and parts guys.

Huge bonus, they have a nice little theater room so you can relax while you wait, and they even have some movies available for you to watch (both regular and kids movies).

Great idea!

I bought a used truck for my daughter from Jeff Vicari, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. and The vehicle was cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new Truck, wonderful service . I will definitely be going back to purchase my trucks here for the other two kids when they're ready to drive. Thanks Jeff!
