He is a great asset to your store and is always eager to help out. Everyone should go to Raymond Chevrolet for their car purchases because I guarantee you’ll be happy too!

I had a very great experience with the service department. The moment I walked in I was greeted by, I believe his name was Clint? He was very friendly and informative. Called me with updates on my car and even remembered things I told him about me the next day. He really showed he listens to his client and cares. If any deserves some recognition and maybe even a raise its him! Very good experience I definitely will recommend to all my friends and family to come to Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch.

I have enjoyed all 3 of my Chevy purchases from Raymond Chevy but the one I enjoyed the most was my last purchase of my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Jimmy Rusch was a great salesperson and worked with me and got the price and payment that I was looking for.  Plus he has followed up with me  to maked sure that all my questions are answered and that I am happy with my Malibu.  I will all ways in the future buy all my Chevy purchases from Raymond Chevy. Very rude and unprofessional people. Lying management. I took my truck for service (re-torque leaf springs) and the quality of work was terrible. Service technician didn't clean the truck area that was worked on. There was grease leaking all through the leaf spring area. The service tech guy told me that I had to pay for the service when my truck clearly had warranty coverage. That service tech guy didn't bother checking the system before arguing with me about the warranty coverage. When the truck service was completed the guy admitted that the truck was under warranty. Finally upon returning home I noticed that the rear driver side wheel was loose and not tighten properly so I decided to tighten the wheel and not call  Raymond but there was another issue. The service tech guy forgot to give me my wheel lock key. I called the dealer and spoke to the manager and I told him about the terrible level of service that I experienced and he apologized. I told him that I needed my wheel lock key and the manager told me he would look for it. Five minutes passed and no call. So I drove back to Raymond in my wife's car around their closing time 8:30 pm to go and get my wheel lock key. Upon arriving I talked to the manager that I spoke to on the phone and requested my wheel lock key and this is what he said. 'Oh, I checked the desk of the service tech that initially booked your truck for service and I didn't find it but let's go look for it again.' When we got to the guys desk my wheel lock key was on top of my trucks service papers with my contact information on it. The manager grabbed my wheel lock key and stupidly said this 'oh is this it?' I grabbed it and said yes and told him this is the worst experience I've ever had from a dealer. I told the manager I will never bring back my truck for service to Raymond. 

My wife and I were on the verge about financing a 2018 chevy traverse but now we are going to go to another dealer. 

Don't go to this dealer! Stay away!
