Friendly! Adorable! We knew absolutely nothing about our travel trailer we had bought it 48 hours before we arrived here the maintenance man Dave spent his own time over here showing us how to set up and helped us set up... I would live here if I absolutely could these people are fantastic!

We stayed here for almost 2 years during the VC Summer build. We had no issues really. The owner Wayne is very helpful upon sign in letting you know where to go for what you need. I gave 4 stars because the power used to be included in the 500 a month rent. However some people were taking advantage with outside appliances. That made everyone to pay your power bill. The rent was reduced to 425.00. They also have an on site propane tank refill station. A grounds keeper is on site if you need anything to do with maintenance of the lot. This is a little bit off the path for travelers however it is quite peaceful. There is also a laundry mat on site but no public shower. Water and sewer hook ups as well as 35 50 amp. No tents.

I stayed here for over a year and I would recommend it to anyone needing a spot to put their camper.

Nice place to stay while working at VC Summer Nuclear plant. Nice shady lots. Laundry on site. David maintenance guy is very nice & cares about tenants.
