The workers are rude. Lost my bags never found them . The bus driver took the wrong ticket an left me stranded in ATLANTA Georgia. They would not let me drive any farther  unless I gave them 20$

Worst Greyhound station. Too many homeless and mentally ill people around in a very sketch part of town. Be careful and always stay in the station or go to the nearby Marta station to the airport station.

I question the intelligence of anybody who would spend a dime on Greyhound.  You get what you pay for. You spend money at Greyhound you get what you freaking get.  It's a freaking bus.  Passengers are largely  ghetto degenerates and you expect exceptional service and a first class experience?  Fly, drive or stay the hell home!

I only came here twice as part of a route between Atlanta and Cleveland, my issue with the service is that the buses never run according to schedule, at first I thought it was traffic issues but the bus drivers say we only have 10 minutes at each stop but spend 40 or more taking their time, which always puts the itinerary behind schedule. If you take a Greyhound make sure to not attach it to having to be somewhere at a specific time because you'll most likely be late everytime
