This place is one of the most helpful stops that I made on my way to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I was one of those lost Taurus who had no idea what he wanted to do, only that I wanted to have fun. This place had a great variety of brochures and booklets that offered a wide range of options for activities and even included a few coupons here and there! This location is open and very welcoming, as it should be!

A very welcoming center it was. Very helpful staff, friendly people and tons of great items on display.  Worth the visit. Don't pass up the $5 packet if maps and info.

The Pigeon Forge Trolley can bring you here and the Gatlinburg Trolley will pick up here and head into town.  Super convenient and free to park. It's not really a welcome center more like a place to get you to sign up for a couple of free nights so they can try and get you to purchase a time share. I'm telling you it's not going to only take 90 min. Plan on at least 2-3 hours they don't like to take NO for an answer they will do there best to get the price down to what you think you can afford.

Wonderful place to take my bunch of gbabies. Everyone leaves full and happy with their new bouncy balls they won themselves.

Very helpful although very busy and no one knows if someone is helping you cause they don't ask if you have been waited on.
