I have worked with the Mo Ward agency for about 7 or 8 years now and have always found Mo and her staff to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Sally has been there for many years and is an asset to Mo's team. She goes above and beyond to help their clients.

As a home owner in Orlando from the UK I have used Allstate for my property Insurance and have found their guidance and service exceptional. Sally Ogg is my customer service manager and deals with all our insurance needs. I recently received a request from our property management requesting documentation from our Insurance provider which is required by law. I contacted Sally on receipt of this request, her response was immediate with the necessary document being forwarded. As a non US resident it is very reassuring to know that I can get all my Florida home insurance needs dealt with in such a proficient manner which I greatly appreciate. Thanks for all your help and support Sally.

Mo and Steve were both very helpful with all my insurance needs. Sally and I communicated many times by email. I would have a question but knew I could email her at any hour and without fail I would get an answer next business day. Steve always took his time to go going over homeowner policies with us till we understood the differences and what really did work best for us. When we first signed up Mo took car of all out vehicles and what discounts we could get and was a BIG help when our teenagers started to drive.

This company treated me poorly from the first moment I walked in the door. I worked for a company that marketed for Allstate and wanted to pick up cut sheets so I could better perform my job. The receptionist actually took the materials on the services Allstate offers from my hand for some reason. I called and the husband returned my call and was apologetic and mailed me the pamphlets his receptionist took from me. Of course this material is provided by Allstate as marketing collateral and meant to go into the hands of customers. I called and talked to the son and he was giving me excuses as to why they cannot call back when a potential customer would like to discuss with them the way they are representing Allstate as a company. Allstate will be happy to hear about this I'm sure. Which I will be doing. Also i was then told by Mr. Ward to leave his business when I was trying to discuss how I had been treated and he obviously did not care as he told me, "Go ahead and call Allstate we don't work for them". Hmmmm. Seems like Allstate is their main provider so lets put that to the test. Flying under the Allstate Flag means they are to adhere to the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company. Mr. Ward also stated that he didn't want people "like" me as customers as well. I asked him what that comment meant and he failed to elaborate further. Then he told me to leave to which i replied your business will suffer because of this. These people are rude, they do not care about their customers and they are making Allstate look bad. Steve Ward from Mo Ward's insurance agency lied to me about my options for a homeowner's policy. When we discussed homeowner's insurance I told him that my husband and I wanted the least expensive policy available such as liability and fire only (we have no mortgage on our property). Steve said that type of policy was not available in Florida. A few years and thousands of dollars later my husband's tennis partner said he has the type of policy that Steve said was not available. When I contacted Steve (who avoided me at first) he said "fire only and liability are viable alternatives" We transferred our business to another agency a few months ago and Mo Ward's agency made it very difficult. The agent at our new agency said she had never seen anything like it.
