I just moved from Key Largo and changed agents and went to Kim Brust.  BIG MISTAKE  I was very unhappy to the point that I filed an Executive formal complaint at State Farm Corporate.  I have been with State Farm for several years and has always been on auto pay and has excellent payment history.  She informed me that "I" stopped my auto pay and that I was past due on my payments!  Blew me away for I did not authorize anyone to take me off auto pay.  All I did was do an address change!  Anyways, she refused to research any further and unable to answer all my simple questions.  On top of that, her customer service was TERRIBLE and there was a dog in her office! It was a very  unpleasant experience to the point that this auto insurance thing felt like a thorn on my back!  I changed to Mike Peters State Farm. I just hang up with Ed Burke and IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY!  Ed was very professional, highly knowledgeable , empathetic, and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had.  His customer service was SUPERB! I was relieved and very impressed with Ed's knowledge.  Obviously, their office cares about their clients and the level of professionalism is up to par with my expectations.  I always believe that the success of a business starts from the top. The Owner. The Thorn on my back is gone!  I will be sending an email to State Farm corporate about the pleasant experience that I had with Mike Peter's office.  I think that Ed and Mike Peters should be commended and my trust with State Farm has been renewed.Thank you so much.
