Terrible customer service.  Rude.  In January, we cancelled insurance on a vehicle we gifted to a relative, GEICO backdated the cancellation to December without calling or checking with us.  As a result, the state thought our vehicle was uninsured for the month of December.  We got a bill for $150 from the state.  The 'customer service' reps refused to rectify GEICO's error, putting the blame on us.

The worst experience, everyone is very rude, put you on hold and don’t come back. They are not knowledgeable. Will never use them
