Laura at Henry M Murray could not have been more helpful, patient, and responsive. She alerted us to our renewal needs, provided quotes, and walked us through the electronic documentation signing that was incredibly convenient. Very much appreciated how quick and easy the entire process was on our end. And that in spite of Laura having to remind me a few times to respond, she remained cheerful. With such busy lives, it is fantastic to have someone watching out for our insurance needs.

I was looking to find a cheaper home and auto policy. But face it that takes a lot of time and research. I picked this agency based on good reviews and i was not let down. I called and was put in touch with Laura and it was smooth sailing from there. She did the leg work and suggested some possible changes but never did i feel obligated. In other words no high pressure sales tactics. I have now made a switch to this agency and glad i did.
