Poor communication with customer re. status of repair. Relatively simple repair took several weeks. Shards of safety glass were found in the trunk when car was returned home.

The worst experience I have ever had with a service shop. I brought my 96' Honda Accord in on a Wednesday to simply have a side mirror put on my driver side door. I was told that the part would be in by Thursday and would have my car back by Friday. A couple days went by and I called the shop on Friday asking the status of my car. They said they would have it done by the end of the day. I drove by the shop about 15 minutes before they closed and my car had not been touched. I gave them another full day, and called Saturday afternoon, leaving a message about my car. It was not until Monday morning I finally got a call back saying that my car was done. When I went to pick it up, the lady at the desk gave me an attitude when I asked her why it took so long to get done. Then she charged me 180$ to simply replace the mirror. After paying and walking out to see the replacement, I found that the seal around the mirror had not been put on properly, as it is sticking out and the mirror itself was not put on properly. It does not adjust and shakes anytime I get over 60mph. I will never go to this shop again and am very disappointed that a small town shop has this poor of service :(
