I had a tire blow out on me (Goodyear Viva 2) - still good tread, properly inflated.

That aside, I brought it back to walmart on the now severely damaged rim.  All I was looking for was them to dispose of the tire/rim - clearly it was all junk at that point.  The guys at the auto counter outright refused to dispose of it, on the grounds that I bought the tire at a different walmart location.  I could understand not warrantying it possibly, but refusing to dispose of their own crap (which due to the blowout at an inopportune time caused almost $1,000 of damage to my car) is ridiculous.  

I will not be back to support such a company, and would discourage you from supporting them as well.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, of which should be free because it was bought with the tires.  The original estimate was 45 minutes and after shopping for over an hour the only service done was oil change.  

Decided to inquire the following day with the service manager.  It felt as if she didn't really want to get to the root of the problem or if I as a consumer was satisfied.

Looks like a place for Undercover boss.
