I called on Friday spoke to a man and asked if the did motorcycle inspections. I got the answer of yes and was all excited because I don’t have time during the week to get my bike inspected. Had a friend meet me in the rain cuz I set up an appointment for 8 am with this man. Drive there and get told they don’t do bike inspections. Told him my situation and got nothing but rude comments. The people that work their are a$$ holes and the place is a dump. Only way to get good service is having b00b$  I have had nothing but bad luck with this place but this was the icing on the cake. I don’t care how convent they are I will never go there again.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the Monro in Geneseo!!   Frank and Justin do a great job every time I bring my car in. Excellent customer service and all the guys who have worked on my car have been top notch!  Can't recommend these guys enough. 5 stars!!

This location has been my long time auto maintenance shop for our four vehicles.  All mechanics are very skilled and  reliable.    There is a Monro Muffler in my very own town, but I recommend this particular Monro Muffler to anyone.  Just call the manager Frank  who is very professional and kind for all your auto repair needs!  Geneseo Monro shop definitely deserves 5 star rating!

I set up and appointment to do a simple oil change, and they got me right in when I arrived. Did what I asked and where very professional. A guy named Frank who works there gets 5 stars from me! If you want to be treated good, go to this place.

I’ve come in twice and they have adjusted my exhauste system each time and it has been great! Great service and nice people! Highly recommend!
