STAY FAR AWAY.... WORSE DENTAL PRACTISE I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! And may I add that I'm a human being who works hard and doesn't deserve to be treated in such a manner. The Dentist was female and I believe from Russia and when I had concern about how rough she was with me, they (gentle dental) blamed it on her being Russian!! Wow!! That's not cool!! I also want to say, it does not give me one bit of pleasure having to take my time to write a bad review! I live more on the positive side of things and usually let things slide. Maybe it's just one bad day? NO, Not in My case. So I'm not some angry person, I'm a human being who works hard and I deserve respect like everyone else!! So here it is... NOT ONE BIT GENTLE 😫💉😖😥😮 COST ALMOST $3000.00 FOR 2 ROOT CANALS with good INSURANCE!!😱 FORGOT MY MED PRESCRIPTION AND HAD TO WAIT OVER THE WEEKEND UNTIL MONDAY FOR ANTIBIOTICS AND PAIN MEDS!! (Unprofessional) 😔 Even tho they're open on Saturday, no one would help me!! UNPROFESSIONAL OVERCHARGED ME FOR A PROCEDURE THAT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE, $850 and my Insurance ended up sending me the check because it was taking forever for the refund from (Not So)Gentle Dental. Manager was super sweet at first and as soon as I signed the Care Credit Application and they got almost $3k out of me for 2 root canals that were not infected, it wasn't an Emergency, her attitude changed. She wouldn't take fault or apologize at the fact they charged me $850 for something my insurance covered, and it was also double charged! 💲💲💲💲💲💲 R•I•D•I•C•U•L•O•U•S Save your money and smile! 😁 So unprofessional, I think they only care about how much money they make, not the patient. And you may want to ask them why all of their offices in other states were closed down, (Shut Down!)?????????They now only have a few offices in California, why that is? I don't know!! Beware, 🚫 seriously, if you need more than a cleaning done, take my word, they'll take your last penny, kick you in the ass on the way out and laugh at you while they're cashing your hard earned money! This is my first experience like this and it'll never happen again. I'm 52 years old and visit the dentist on a regular schedule. Im experience with both the dentist and 10 years of seeing the orthodontist and I've never been treated so bad and humiliated. Good Luck and I really hope you listen to my review. Excellent service very caring and attentive. I had to get a deep cleaning on my whole mouth and I felt little to no pain because they were thoughtful enough to wait until I was numb. Assistant Alex Pullen was extra helpful keeping me distracted while the work was being done

Dr Lee is amazing and his assistant Aliza made my 16 year old daughters first cavities ever a piece of cake!! She was so nervous and left so happy and feeling so much better about the dentist Thank you all
