UPDATE: the people that left 5 star review are obviously fakes written by people at the company. I wish I could give them zeros stars. They ruined my teeth and my bite and Ive been having headaches ever since. DO NOT go here unless you want to be diagnosed with 10 cavities and 10 unnecessary fillings. My teeth are ruined for the rest of my life. The doctor drilled for a few seconds on each tooth then didn't put enough filling in. My teeth don't touch anymore. She's a scammer and just wants your insurance money. Like a person said earlier, RUN don't WALK away from this place. A horrible human being who deserves to be sued!

Loved everything about the oral surgery team! I was in pain a week before Christmas & they got me in. The doctor and staff were caring and super supportive. By far the best dental experience I've ever had!

Simply, worse. These people don't want your money, they just don't want to do service for anyone. I called them couple of times, and they won't answer their phone calls. Just read this before you put yourself and child(ren) in stress!

Why, oh WHY didn't I come on here before taking my kid to this horrible place?! It's easily the least professional experience I've ever had. As of this review, I have left five unreturned messages. I even stopped in once (which is hard with my work schedule) and the "person who I needed to speak to" about billing was at lunch. I was promised a call back. Guess what...nothing. They are charging us for the portion that was supposedly covered by and approved by our insurance. To make matters worse, my kid's new dentist questioned most of the work they did saying that it wasn't all necessary. So now I'm 90 days late on a bill I shouldn't owe, but no one will explain why this portion wasn't covered by insurance. I already paid my portion (over $500) on the day of the procedures because that was the portion I was told was my responsibility. Now I'm being blind-sided by another $500 in bills! Save yourself the grief and NEVER patronize this business. There are too many dental practices out there, so don't go to this one. I regret it immensely. UPDATE: Finally got them to talk to me by going into the office when it opened. Was told that the insurance wouldn't pay for the spacers my son got. WHAT?!?! He never got any spacers!!!! So essentially they revealed themselves to me as insurance fraudsters by trying to bill for services not performed. Please people, PLEASE...don't go here. Yes, they have assured me that I will no longer get any bills now, but I don't believe them. I'm sure there will be more updates as this saga continues. Refer to consumer advocates and other review sites...the pattern is clear.

I brought my 6 year old for a cleaning and check up. The staff was friendly so I'm giving them 1 star. The two reasons I will never return: 1. The office is dated and FILTHY. Peeling wallpaper, broken tiles, dusty, and unknown dried liquids on the floor - I assume it was blood. The technology they were using is old too. 2. Even though they did X-rays, they didn't mention a big problem that I know he has. I don't think they caught it. But the most infuriating thing was that they wanted to have my 6 year old be looked at by their orthodontist for an estimate on braces. He only has 2 adult teeth! Really?!! I'm guessing the dentists work off commission. At the end of my appointment, they wanted me to write an online review while I was still in the office. I couldn't believe it. They were polite and patient, but that is not the only thing we need for dental health. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
