WONDERFUL DENTIST!!!  If God and the Tooth Fairy collaborated on the perfect dentist they would create Dr. Vicente.  She is the most amazing dentist...my 8yr old son was repeatedly traumatized by a PEDIATRIC dentist in Clairemont (being gassed and strapped into a papoose) and developed an intense fear of dental work.  Dr. Vicente has been sooo patient and gentle with him during his cleanings...I couldn't ask for a more wonderful dentist.  Everything is state of the art and they don't tell you to have work done you don't really need.  They're all fair, honest and friendly and I would highly recommend them.
