The quality of care that i have received from this office has been amazing. Recently, i had a crown replaced and was anxious as to what degree of pain i was to experience. However, the team of Dr. Montgomery and Tai was a dream. Quick , painless and gentle. They communicated with me during treatments and let me know what to expect. They are the pros that i need to make me smile. In fact all of my treatments by various staff here have always been this way , painless and professional. Not like the fright fests i have experienced at other places. Thank You Gentle Dental.

Biggest rip off in town....wanted to charge me $259 just to pull one tooth, asked why so high, I was told because it needed to be surgically removed because of a little decaying. I was in alot of pain, lost a day of pay, paid $50 exam fee and left with tooth still in pain..went and had it pulled next morning for half the price and was removed after numbness in about 30 seconds...so why was I told it needed be surgically removed, oh because it's all about money...not professional care or concern for the patient...I will be letting everyone I know to stay away from this place!!!!#worstdenistryever!!!

I had been to another location and they could not get the dentures correct and I felt like they weren't trying. After months of not making progress with that office one of the ladies finally suggested I see Dr. Montgomery at the NW Exp. location and he has done an amazing job getting the dentures corrected. I wish I would of had him as my dentist to begin with in my process of getting dentures. He does amazing work and I am very pleased with our progress so far.

The staff is so welcoming every single time and make you feel very comfortable. I have been going to them for years now and have never had any complaints. I highly recommend them along with their ortho team!

I apparently am expecting too much from this location. Time after time there are problems that continue to arise that should not occur. I had a cleaning appointment today, nothing big. Several times prior to today, I was contacted to confirm my appointment, one in which I am asked if I can come earlier. So I oblige and leave work earlier. I show up and am informed that I had accrued a balance from insurance that got charged back. Okay, I get it. Insurance doesn't always cover everything. I am told I cannot get my teeth cleaned unless I paid my balance that I was literally JUST informed about. Since I had not anticipated paying much today, I was did not have much money on me. I offer to pay half now. I am told no. Sooooo.... I spoke to people at this location several times to confirm my appointment and 2 times in the last month or so in regards to my Benny card, yet no one found it important to let know this important detail! So again, I have wasted more time showing up for nothing. I am tired of showing up for nothing. I'm done. Good luck, if you have time to waste, go there.
