Receptionist are very friendly. Dental assistants are excellent, helpful, kind, caring, lovely ladies!!! Update: Contacted Corporate returned to Dentist. Dentures sent back to lab 3 times but  finally got it!! Dentist is excellent at extractions, no pain. But when it came to my Dentures he was more interested more "Money" than addressing the issue. Paying over $3k for upper denture wasn't enough not to be treated to feel uncomfortable! SR on Medicare. My mouth hurt constantly!  Good now!!

Dr. Jeffery is by far the best dentist I have ever seen.  I cannot say the same for his billing office.  They seem incapable of understanding the importance of doing correct billing and ensuring that insurance payments and other payments are properly and accurately reported on your statement.  This makes it difficult to file with my flex plan for reimbursement.  Extremely frustrating!

I was told I needed fillings for cavities that another dentist confirmed did not exist. I'm glad I got a second opinion before I let them drill into my mouth just to make some money off my insurance!

This was probably the worst experience I have had at a dentist office. My dentist was great but I only spent about 2 minutes with him. The dental hygienist on the other hand was horrible. There were times when she was super nice, then times when she was super offensive. When i went to pay, they told me that I owed around $80, but the crazy thing is this was all preventative care AND I had insurance. When I found out why I was charged $80, it made me hate the place even more. Apparently the dental hygienist did something to my teeth that was not covered by insurance and was suppose to let me know that before she did it. She did not. As a patient, I was very upset with the service there. I eventually called the main office and was able to get a refund for it, but it was a lot of trouble. I would not go to My Dentist if I were you, especially the one on NW Expressway.

I have to start off my saying my smile has always been one of my best features. However, years of soda, candy, and poor care caused me to have a variety of issues. I had old metal fillings and even a missing tooth. Dr. Jeffries and his team have me smiling from ear to ear with confidence. I was running late and the team stayed late to get me fixed up. They are friendly, innovative, and work well with customers.
