I have use this company more than once in the past six years and they’ve been consistent. I decided to go with the pack and move so my cost was higher than just a regular move however, they didn’t so much as chip a tea cup! Very professional, on time, amazing work ethic, highly recommend them. I have used or experienced other movers in the past and no one has even come close to gentle giants on any level. If you’re able to afford the full-service that’s the way to go in my opinion especially if you have a big move or time constraints. I found out that you get what you pay for and when it comes to your personal possessions, having had so many of my things damaged in the move here from New Jersey? I wouldn’t use anyone else going forward.

I have nothing but glowing accolades to leave for the guys from gentle giants. From the very first phone contact to the moment they all four showed up early Saturday morning to actually complete the move - to the care and concern they took with my personal items. I guess you take these things all for granted until you go through a "bad" move. All four of these guys worked tirelessly for eight hours - moving me out - and then again moving me in. The were polite, well spoken, energetic and professional doesn't begin to describe it! I loved the fact that the company gave me a quote with a range - in other words - it could be as little as..... but at the most shouldn't go over this... and they did stay within that range. As well as finished a half hour earlier than quoted. I was very pleased and would easily use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! MUST CALL GENTLE GIANTS if you want a move done right!!! These guys are ACES!! Just superstars, I can't say enough how much I appreciated their efficient and professional help with this move. From scheduling to loading, the service was AH-Mazing!! Gentle Giant must be a fantastic company to hire and retain such A team all-stars. Professional, personable, compassionate. This company's service includes packing & loading your own truck unlike the "competition". I hired Gentle Giants for a move on 12/30/2017 and Zack (?) & Levi (?) - sorry, I can't remember names:( were so kind and patient with the chaotic sorting; they didn't stress and therefore neither did I:). Every square inch of the truck was packed safely and they efficiently loaded so that the boxes and furniture fit like puzzle pieces. I couldn't believe how much they got on that truck. These kind gentlemen just plowed forward moving efficiently & methodically and got the job done. They even stayed longer to finish but only because I had underestimated the time I would need them. I really appreciated their extended help. I wish I could have taken them to Raleigh with me to unload!! And, btw, these gentlemen were ones I wanted to cook dinner for had my kitchen tools not been packed. Such upstanding guys!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gentle Giants!!!

WOW!!! I am so glad I chose Gentle Giant Moving Company. I looked at reviews for other Moving Companies in Charlotte NC. I also spoke with previous customers in and near the Southend area of Charlotte. I got great responses from previous customers that chose Gentle Giant Moving Company. Based on the online reviews and face to face responses from customers was reasons I chose to hire Gentle Giant Moving Company. I am very satisfied with the professional services I received from the Packing Coordinator, Moving Coordinator and all of the Moving Team that packed and delivered my furniture so kindly. Furthermore, I will hire this Moving Company and Crew again. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone because you will NOT be disappointed. Hands down the best!!!

Just moved from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom across town. Shout out to my guys Eli, Matt, and Jay. The process was smooth, easy, and very professional. I cannot say enough good things, I will definitely use again in the future as well as recommend to all friends/family.
