While driving back from Rochester NY to Mooresville NC yesterday on Christmas day  December 25, between approximately 2:30 pm-5:30 pm, my husband and I entered I 86 S from a rest area, VS I believe,  as I entered the highway a trailer was in between both lanes weaving all over the road, when I got next to the truck I could see that the driver was texting. The truck passed me a couple miles into it, I stayed behind this truck for 2 hours, watched him push cars nearly off the road and watched him ride the gaurd rails and almost go off the road dozens of times, I felt like so many lives where at risk, I was nervous wreck by the time I got home safe. I want to know who to contact to get this guy off the roads before he kills someone. I expect a timely response.

They gave me a quote for door to door international shipment. I needed to change the name for customs purposes and the sales guy Frank took the opportunity to not credit the 3k moving to there storage. I end up catching the error after payment and after numerous emails they are no longer responding. I txt Frank today and asked him what he was doing about returning my 3k over payment to me and he told me he was no longer a Graebel employee and Graebel Van Lines are now out of business!

Would love to hear from Graebel how this would get resolved.

We were moved by Graebel. They moved us out in Dec 2015 from PA and brought our stuff (well most of it) to our new house in NC in Feb 2016.  Our oak dresser was scratched om the top in 2 spots, our coffee table was broken where it lifts up, our couch had little cuts, a old floor bubble gum machine had the glass globe missing (smashed I'm sure because it wasn't in any boxes), and some things that were in boxes were broken, and then we realized right away that they screwed up the sensor in our new washer and it wouldn't drain, so we had to buy another. When we did this, Lowes offered to take the broken washer for free which of course we had them take it.  So when I mentioned this to Graebel, the guy said they had right to come look at it after I said the old 1 was taken. How convenient!  Now as the year has went by and we were able to get all of the boxes unpacked, we are realizing things are missing including some of our Christmas decorations which had a lot of meaning to us. We had ornaments from prior years that we bought for each other that either someone else has now or is still in the warehouse. I won't waste my time calling to get no where like I did with the washer. I would love to know why they mention they are insured when they don't do anything about stuff that was broken and/or missing. What a JOKE!   It was impossible to keep track of everything or see if things were broken or scratched when they're asking what room to put things in all at once. So anyone thinking about using this company might want to have a list of all of their belongings and take photos of more expensive items so when they get broken, you have something to what they looked like before.  I would not advise anyone to use this company!
