WOULD NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! On March 2nd I had a terrible experience with two men and a truck, and one month later I am still not able to get a resolution from the company. I was quoted for a 2-4 arrival time, so I had to take off work as well as, by request, paid to board my two dogs during the day, both of which ended up being unnecessary and a loss of money. At 4:30p I had not been contacted about my movers. I called the two men and a truck local office, the service center, and the HR department and never got an answer. By 6:30pm I had left several messages and still heard nothing (mind you I needed to be out of my place by end of day March 2). Finally, after picking up the dogs and proceeding to my evening dinner plans, after the business had closed, two movers arrived as it was getting dark outside forcing me to cancel my evening with family and rush to meet the movers. I had 12 items to be moved, already unassembled and ready to go. They took 2 and a half hours to load the truck and 2 hours to unload it at my new home only 2 miles away. They spent the entire time arguing with each other, saying derogatory things, heating up food from their lunch boxes, answering personal phone calls, overall hindering the process, and also damaging some of my belongings. I kindly offered each of the men a bottle of water on the counter in the beginning of the move, and 2.5 hours in one of the men demanded me to fetch him his water before he would drive the truck to my new location while I was in the process of moving smaller items. No please, no thank you. Finally, the men finished after 10pm. Two men and a truck is refusing to acknowledge the delay in their process, the unprofessional behavior of their movers, and the lack of care for their customers experience and concerns. I would never recommend this franchise to anyone.

Absolutely first class service!!  I handled the move for my daughter yesterday and the crew of 6 showed up with 3 large trucks.  The first thing they all did was come over and introduce themselves and shook my hand.   They looked at everything, put a plan together and worked as a team for 10 hours straight in high temperature and kept a great attitude   They ensured things were wrapped properly, placed in the truck where it wouldn't get damaged, and unloaded everything at the new house making sure the new floors were protected.  I know my daughter also had a great experience on the phone with the office staff getting the move set up and having the estimator come to give a quote.  As a Regional Manager for a large franchise company, I can tell you that I will use this positive experience as an example to our new people to emulate.

I don't often post reviews, but I had such a TERRIBLE experience, I want others to know. The movers never showed up, and only called me after I left a message to find out if they were coming. When trying to reschedule, I was accused of canceling the move. The second time, the movers were late again. They refused to use dollies or blankets to protect my furniture and home, they did not wipe their feet and left countless dirty fingerprints throughout my home. In addition, they basically forced me to tip them. And it doesn't end there. The following day, I noticed a deep chip in my travertine tile and a crack on my brand new thermostat. After three months, numerous emails and phone calls, and being passed between four members of their management team, I have received no apology, and nothing has been repaired. This is one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. Beware!
