I have recently purchased a new car from George Wall Ford and I can say unlike other dealerships I have been to I felt the most comfortable there. My sales person Kate was fantastic and everyone else I had to deal with during the process was just as nice. They really have the family atmosphere going here. If you're looking to buy a Ford this is the dealership to visit.

Setting up a service time should not be a chore. Regardless of online or on the phone it never seems they have their act together. The online schedule is never synced up with reality. In the several years I have been taking the car to the service department as it is a fleet vehicle I have never setup an appointment online without some kind of trouble. Mostly it never completes the appointment. This is due to the fact that they already have booked out appointments that it still lets you select online only to find out during the last step you can't do it. When you call to follow up the slots you are looking at are all full and you get offered something even further out. This is actually an improvement as the online system use to accept the appointment and when you show up no one seemed to know anything about it.

Calling in they can never seem to find my info for a fleet car with my name on it and it always comes across as a bother. 

The only time I seem to have success is when I show up unannounced as a walk in. The wait time is longer but the people are very nice, pleasant in person and do seem to work me in quickly and get me out in a reasonable time for having walked in. 

My advice, forget the online schedule, forget calling in, just show up and make sure you have time to wait. You will have a far better experience.

Thank you George Wall Ford Lincoln for letting me test drive this beauty Lincoln suv I’m in love 😍 with this car . So comfortable with every feature. Most impressive moon roof from front to back of the car you can open the roof and enjoy fresh air and see the entire sky it’s quite impressive. The digital dash board is amazing , color changing dashboard , Lincoln lights up on the ground as you approach the car by the step rails like a projector. It’s really luxurious with a sporty feel and lots of pep.  I love the silver pick up monster truck they had up front they have a really nice selection of cars here. Friendly staff. See Kate for your salesperson she was awesome and knowledgeable.

“A State of The Art Sales Experience”
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews on anything. However, after purchasing our new F-150 at George Wall Ford I feel compelled to do so. 
For the record, we had a phenomenal buying experience at George Wall Ford. This was largely due to Kate Sagitova, who is an accomplished, meticulous, and conscientious sales Specialist.
Kate painstakingly took the time and effort in exactly finding the vehicle to fit our specifications. Kate efficiently, and expeditiously moved us through the negotiation without any drama or dilemma. She diligently spent significant time in the delivery process making sure we comprehensively understood our new vehicle’s features and benefits. 
Kate’s processes and procedures speaks volumes of ensuring customer satisfaction. We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

My husband, Rick, and I are consistently impressed with, and grateful to, George Wall Ford Lincoln car dealership's stellar staff. The "dynamic duo" of Matt and Ahmad deserve rave reviews for accommodating their customers in an "above and beyond...." manner. They facilitated our recent purchase of our 2018 Ford Explorer splendidly! We knew the process would be masterfully executed by Ahmad and Matt, since they assisted us in a previous car purchase. We will be there again for car purchases in the future, as well as continue to highly recommend them to family and friends. A plus awesome!!!!!
