I went in to have a tire replaced. I left with a $500 bill. The tires are insured and I was not charged. While inspecting my vehicle it appeared that the brakes were low. I was approached about new brakes and fuel injection service. I was quoted at $349 for the brakes, I assumed all 4 since nothing was mentioned about REAR BRAKES ONLY!  WITHOUT MY PERMISSION the fuel injection service was performed for $130. I never agreed to this!! I was given a $25 discount because the labor was calculated incorrectly. $25 and a free oil change. At this point, I would never bring my car back for any type of service, please don't tell me you are giving me a $69 coupon for future service!  Easy, Honest, Guaranteed, Convenient.  No, no, like I will ever find out, and no!  I AM NEARLY $500 in the hole for nothing. Bad news travels faster than good, and it starts here. Honest I don't think so!

Five Stars for World Subaru Tinton Falls.  We purchased our vehicle for an AMAZING price, the service was excellent.  Steve showed us the car facts, what other dealers prices were and was VERY forthcoming with questions or concerns we had.  Nicole educated us on how to operate our new car and was also helpful in answering our questions.  Purchasing a car from this dealer was such a pleasurable and stress free experience! The sales and finance staff were very professional and made a great team. Michelle Ryan started the process by setting up the test drive and an appointment with Josh in Sales. Josh made the buying experience straightforward and easy. Tara was great at explaining the features of the car. Mike was also helpful with the financing process. Thank you.

Out of all the dealerships I've scouted, I resorted to World Subaru because of the experience I had since the moment I started browsing through their website. Despite having a few Subaru Dealers around my area, I didn't mind taking a longer drive (~45 mins) to this location because of the curiosity that was built in me in regards to their customer service. 

I didn't have any convincing experience prior to visiting World Subaru.

I was helped by Travis, who was the most convenient person to work with. He was quick to understand what may suit my requirements. We didn't take much time to arrive at a choice I couldn't deny. He did his best to make things work, and I really appreciate the efforts he put to earn my business. He was very considerate and tried to open various avenues to ensure I get what I need. He also followed up with me in a timely manner, which gave me the assurance that they care about their customers. 
I'd highly recommend World Subaru, and if possible, to see Travis to roll out with the perfect car.
