We recently had my son's 2005 Magnum in for service and had a great experience with Tom Papa, service advisor.  Tom was all around helpful and informative.  He seemed to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to Magnums in general and he made some suggestions for needed services. The car runs great now...the 'beast' is back to normal. Shout out also to the service tech (don't know the name) who kept the car as squeaky clean as it was when we brought it in.  When my Daytona Charger is do for service, we'll be bringing it to World.  Thanks again guys for the great customer service!

Excellent experience.  Our representative, Frantz, went absolutely above and beyond to answer our questions, explain the leasing and selling process, and even helped us shop insurance.  Highly recommend.

Great dealership. I dealt with TJ on purchasing my used grand cherokee. Better price for the truck and was given more for my trade-in than other dealerships. Defiantly recommend.

World Jeep update:  

After 4 repairs for same thing, Drove car today, and discovered CAR IN NEED OF YET ANOTHER REPAIR DUE TO JEEP MECHANIC ERROR.   

NOW:  turn signal not turning off after u make ur turn. 

Steering wheel extremely crooked. (Wasnt like that bedore they picked it up for repair #4 on 4/12/18).
Could be why the turn signal staying on. UNSAFE

sales awesome-service dept horrible. (Except for Tom P in service - he is always professional and courteous)

Drove up on a Saturday evening an hour before they closed to test drive a Challenger SRT8, was not planning to purchase a vehicle really, just wanted to weigh my options. Walked into the sales room & immediately felt welcomed. I was greeted by Michelle the internet sales rep who was a pleasure to deal with. She kept in contact with me from the time I inquired about a test drive & appraisal for my car which was a week prior to me going. She was very responsive & helpful. She was there to greet me & my wife as soon as we walked in. We were then introduced to our sales rep Allan Chapman who has also being a pleasure to work with. Allan took us for a test drive & I immediately fell in love with the car. We sat down, went over numbers & eventually worked out a deal, I got what I wanted for my trade in, got better rates than the pre-approved loan that I had from my bank & got a car that I always dreamed about having. Our sales manager James Dellow was awesome & funny, very informative, even threw is some goodies into the deal. Their service department is also great, fast service, you get a free loaner, free car washes, coffee & water in the break room! Top notch dealer when it comes to customer service, sales etc! I have been to a few crappy dealership & received horrible service even after I made a purchase, but World Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler in Shrewsbury is A+!
