I want to start by saying Kyle (service rep) is top notch always helpful. Just had to return a car I had for 1 month because the finance manager there dropped the ball and never put the financing through. I explained at the time of signing that I just started a new job and they said not a problem. Guess what the bank didn’t see it that way. So I drove the car for a month thinking it was mine now it’s back on the lot. I don’t know how the owner can allow things like this to happen. Honesty is the best policy. Just be upfront and honest. Don’t promise the world if you can’t deliver. They also ran my credit a second time without asking when they realized the car wasn’t financed yet.- ——— in response to the comment sent it had nothing to do with legitimacy, as much the length of time at the job. With that said as the professional your dealer should have made sure everything was in order before delivering instead of just hoping for the best. As far as the oil change that was the least you could have done considering the trouble your dealer put me through. If you would like to discuss more by phone feel free to call.

We purchased a 2018 Tacoma from Justin Canon yesterday and had a great experience. He had great product knowledge, was readily available when we phoned with questions and went above and beyond making sure we got the exact truck we wanted. I rented a really nice car from here and thoroughly enjoyed it for the entire week. I definitely recommend renting from them. I will be renting again in the future.

I'm glad there are people who have had a good experience at Thomasville Toyota. I am one of the unfortunate ones who did not have a good experience. In addition to the extra long time to get an oil change and the fact that I had to go through another service manager to get in contact with the absent service manager who did my paper work, my service manger couldn't or wouldn't carry on a conversation with me without it being interrupted by him talking on his com. As an added note, I was told that slower service was to be expected if vehicles are brought in on a Saturday or Monday, because they are always short-staffed on both of those days. A message of concern to management has gone unanswered. I have been a Toyota owner for over 20 years, and this is the only dealership where I felt that they did not care whether they had my patronage or not. The way I'm feeling now, they won't for future service or sales.

We went to the Toyota dealership to have our car serviced, did not have an appointment our fault. Even though we did not have an appointment the serviceman said it'll be awhile and that's to be expected they still got the car serviced tires rotated oil changed all the fluids checked in less than an hour. The people at the Thomasville Toyota from the salespeople to the service people are all wonderful.
