Al Hardy, Kelli, the finance professionals, and all on the Jeff Smith Chrysler team were helpful, efficient, fast and did not play the typical "games" you might encounter with some other auto dealers.  My husband and I were able to meet Al at a predetermined appointment time, and he and others on the team were able to quickly search for a minivan to meet my needs, although their selection on the lot was quite good.  They spent approximately one hour with us, gave us the financial numbers and our trade-in value, had a test drive, and we were on our way home.  Kudos for their professionalism and not wasting our precious time!!  This is our second purchase from Jeff Smith Chrysler, and we hope to return for more in the future if possible.  We particularly appreciate the community support Jeff Smith dealerships provide all the time and in so many ways.

I went to get my Jeep service and ended up getting a better deal. I wasn't expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but thanks to Rufus Royal (an awesome salesmen) he helped me purchased the vehicle I wanted. He has always been the go to person when I want to purchase a new vehicle. He works with me attentively and has a very friendly disposition. He makes me feels as though we are family. He is always courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Rufus at Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge, as always you have made me a very happy customer.

Great place

Went in Saturday and had the best experience buying a vehicle that I've ever had. Chip and Sergio were awesome. They listened to what I wanted and needed and my budget and got me exactually what I needed. I even took my daughter back 4 days later and she got her the SUV she wanted for the price she needed. Thanks guys for an amazing experience.

My experience at Jeff Smith was fantastic! I was extremely upset with my previous dealership, Jason Nelson went above and beyond with great customer service. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by Jeff Smith in Perry. I bought a beautiful Jeep and got a great deal and hope to have it for many years !!
