Great experience.  We had been searching for some time and just could not find the right combination.  After expanding our search area, we saw exactly what we were looking for at Georgia Auto World.  It was late at night so we sent in a request for availability.  The next morning, Victoria contacted us to let us know it was available.  Given the fact we were 300 miles away, we had to set-up a time two days later to inspect and take a test drive.  Victoria was very helpful and took a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could arrive.  Needless to say, we were very excited.  We arrived right when they opened on Saturday.  Victoria was there waiting on us.  She showed us everything about it and then my wife & I took the vehicle for a test drive.  No pressure.  Victoria gave us the keys, told us to take our time, check it out and get comfortable with it.  Absolutely the way it should be.  We loved it and was ready just to send them a check in the mail.  (LOL).  We purchased the vehicle and was on our way back home in short order after they gave the vehicle a final detail.  (Wasn't necessary because it looked great).  I have went on long enough, but we would return, even with the distance we have to cover.  They were quite busy that morning while we were there.  Has to be a reason.  Everything we saw on the lot really looked great.  Give Victoria a call.  We will return!

We recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience. We worked with Victoria and she was awesome! She was able to get us a great rate and made the process very smooth. The car was exactly as advertised, staff was very polite and professional. Very satisfied with our purchase, would recommend and would use them again!

Was told by Victoria I would receive new car mats and key within a week after purchase.  It's been over a month and still no mats or key.  My spouse and I have both been calling Victoria the past month, including four times today.  She told us they were shipped; the manager today seemed to be under the impression that the dealership still hadn't received the key and the mats had not been sent.  Either way, we still don't have anything that was promised to us.  Waiting to work things out with the manager on Monday, hopefully.

Update to post: Was put in contact with Arthur King.  Once he was made aware of the issue, he gave me his personal contact information and personally delivered the car mats to my front door.  Arthur was a HUGE help.

I recently bought a vehicle from Victoria at Georgia Auto World. The experience exceeded my expectations. I found the vehicle on their website and emailed her about it. She responded very quickly and I was on the lot the same day. From start to end it was a very easy purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought my Lexus RX400h here from salesman, Ali. He allowed me  all the time I needed to test drive the car, take it to a mechanic for inspection, etc.
Georgia Auto World does charge dealer fees. I would ask about this before test driving a car at any used car business, just so there are no surprises later once you decide to buy.  Also, get a qualified mechanic to thoroughly check out any used car before you buy it as many repairs are  costly. I discussed my inspection findings with the manager who said their mechanic would check it out. Before I bought it and took it home, they said it was in OK condition, but I realized it actually did have a leak of antifreeze after having the car overnight in a dry environment. Leaks are hard to see when it's been raining and everything is wet....  They sell cars as-is, but they did repair the radiator leak after I called to let them know it was  leaking. I really appreciated them taking responsibility for the leak that was hard to assess in the rainy weather prior to purchase.  Thanks, Ali !!!
