Finding and buying a car can be very stressful and time consuming! My experience with SML Auto was just the opposite of that. It was stress free, fast, simple, and overall very pleasant. My father-in-law recently bought a car from Johnny. Because of Johnny’s excellent customer service and my father-in-law’s satisfaction with his car, when it came time to buy a car, I knew I wanted to use Johnny, although I live in Texas and he is in Georgia.
I decided to purchase a car through his “Customer Buy Program”. When I called, I was very specific about the car I wanted to buy, and Johnny was able to find a car for me on the same day I contacted him.
My “Customer Buy Program” experience went as followed: (keep in mind that through the entire process I was in Texas and he was in Georgia.)
-       I called Johnny, and he explained very clearly how the program works. He answered all of my questions in great detail and was patient with my many questions due to my ignorance about the process.

-       I emailed him the details about the car I wanted to buy (make, model, year, mileage, engine size, price etc.)

-       On the same day, he emailed with car options (pictures, price, auto check report and etc.)

-       I picked the car that I liked (it was in New Jersey)

-       The same day I chose my car, I made a small deposit. Johnny emailed me the contract, which was simple and easy to understand. He answered questions I had about the contract to make sure I felt comfortable. After sending him the contract, Johnny bought a wonderful car for me!

-       Next, Johnny ordered an inspection of the vehicle for the next day. He even went further by emailing people at the auction asking them to do a very thorough job, so nothing would be missed.

-       The next day, after the car passed inspection, Johnny took care of the delivery to his dealership. Although the car could have been delivered straight to me, Johnny went the extra mile to inspect it himself and make sure things looked great before getting it to me.

-       In couple of days, when the car arrived at his dealership in Georgia, Johnny sent me more pictures. The car looked even better than on the pictures from the auction!

-       After test driving and inspecting it, he texted me saying that the car was in great condition and looked almost like new. He was very excited for me after he saw it because neither of us realized what a great deal he got for me.

-       Next, he emailed the invoice, I deposited the rest of the money, and the car was mine!

To describe my entire experience with SML Auto and Johnny Lee would probably take writing a five-page paper. At every step of the way, he was communicative, transparent, responsive, and friendly. He also spent a substantial amount of time communicating with me via phone, text, and email. For the service I received, it was worth every penny!

Worth the drive from Athens for a great deal. Immaculate car with great mileage. Johnny was professional, patient, and answered all our questions. He was also very good about getting back to us right away every time we called him.

Excellent service, Johnny went above and beyond to make me feel secure about my car purchase, I must admit I was skeptical at first but he is 100% legit, just have to trust the process and be patient to get what you really want. I'd highly recommend him for any car deal.
