DO. NOT. USE THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima from Ron on April 13th, and had to take it to a reputable car shop a week later (the warning lights appeared almost immediately, but because of my work schedule, I couldn’t surrender my car right away). It’s an older car, so I was expecting a few small issues. Come to find out, the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, the subframe needs to be repaired, the rear struts need to be replaced, the entire passenger seat needs to be replaced, all four tires are dry rotted...

Long story short, it is dangerous to drive and the mechanic was "flabbergasted that someone would sell a car in this condition". Even though I was assured it had been inspected, had passed emissions, and was in excellent condition when I purchased it.

Be Warned: this con man DISCONNECTS THE BATTERIES. He told me it was to prevent car theft, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, I found out later that when you do this, it can take up to 100 miles for any warning lights to come back on. Less than 24 hours after driving off the lot, my ABS, Airbag, and Service Engine Soon lights appeared.

The test drive was a JOKE. Ron insisted on coming with me, and only allowed about a mile of driving which is hardly enough time to detect any problems. I had no opportunity to even suggest taking it to a mechanic. I should have walked away right then, but it seemed to be a good car and I did really like it. I wanted to take this man at his word.

When I later requested the current emissions and mechanic report to present to the warranty company, since this man claimed they were not pre existing issues, he told me he did not have a mechanic or any records.

He refused to accept any responsibility, was condescending, and would not work with me to improve the situation in any way. When asked for confirmation on what his website means by “thorough safety and service inspection” he said he personally looks over the car - even though, as he personally stated, he is not a mechanic. The most I could get him to agree to was a surrender of the car and release from future payments.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. They misrepresented the condition of the car, and tried to place the full blame on me because I trusted their word. I am happy to show anyone the invoice from the mechanic showing the full list of pre existing problems.

I am not going to get any portion of my down payment back, and I have accepted that disappointing truth. But if I can save others from wasting their money at this death trap, it will almost be worth it.

I purchased the vehicle that needs a transmission a timing belt tension and engine mounts. There is a reason why he only lets you drive two blocks with him in the vehicle so that you don't detect any of these issues. I didn't get upset because I know God will definitely handout that Karma knowingly they're selling bad vehicles. Will I recommend this place to anyone I like or dislike? No I wouldn't I would advise anyone to go further down the street to Cortez Motors and they don't charge double including Finance any issues with his vehicles and their newer.

CHECK EVERYTHING ON THE CAR! 
I purchased a car here a few months ago & the customer service was good. However, while the car I purchased is in good running condition, their is an excessive amount of rust on the frame & parts underneath. I had no idea to look for any of that on cars that come from up north, so I screwed myself by not having it looked at. I would suggest going to a better dealer who's not buying their cars at an auction up north.
