WELL MY LAST VISIT WASN'T WITHIN THE LAST WEEK BUT THE LAST TIME I DID VISIT THE DMV THE LADY THAT TOOK MY INFORMATION WAS THE SWEETEST LADY EVER!!!SHE SAW THAT I WAS USING A WALKER HENCE MAKING SURE THAT I WAS FAIRLY CLOSE TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE AS DID SHE WITH THE OTHER HANDICAP PERSON'S...THE NICE YOUNG LADY AT THE WINDOW WHERE YOU HAVE TO GO TO GET YOUR PHOTO TAKEN WAS ALSO JUST AS NICE AS THE FIRST LADY I ENCOUNTERED,SHE CALLED ME UP TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE EVEN THO I DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT ABOUT BREAKING IN LINE SHE SAID THAT THEY TAKE THE HANDICAP PEOPLE FIRST & THEY ALSO TAKE THE YOUNG MEN & WOMEN THAT ARE SERVING OUR COUNTRY WHICH I AM VERY GREATFUL/THANKFUL FOR MYSELF...ALL IN ALL MY LAST VISIT TO THE DMV WAS A WONDERFUL & ODDLY BUT"VERY TRUE"PLEASANT EXPERIENCE...

You pay for a service.and they dont deliver. I bought my license and 2 months later i still have yet to recieve it.all i did was update it.

I can't express how much I appreciate the service I received today obtaining a new Drivers license. I wish I could remember the lovely young lady's name because she was so kind and sweet to me after all I have been through. Keep up the good work and please recognize that young Lady as she has made my day !!!

The staff was kind and nothing like i heard for years(in and out in 10 mins)my only complaint is the picture taking and the signature pad.

My husband and I are retired military. We've resided here 17 years. Each visit to this location we were treated with kindness and friendly service. Today (another visit to renew my husband license) went well. A few years ago when my daughter received her permit and drivers licence the customer service was still kind and helpful. I appreciate the long lines being accomodated a lot faster systematically than it did on my first visit over a decade ago!
