By day two I was so dehydrated they had problems drawing blood. The food served to us was enedible, cold, and disgusting with a metallic taste. The only thing given out that was good was the apples and oranges. While there I witnessed a man who needed to be hospitalized who was allowed to sit in his urine and feces all day in one spot while his cries for help ignored while the techs watched tv. I myself had to help the man urinate in his container several times and wheeled him to the dinner table though I wasn’t allowed to take him his food while getting mine he was left to sit and watch everyone else eat till the staff found time from their joking and laughing to bring the man his tray!! What food was edible I gave away because I couldn’t stand to see these people forced to eat portions that would leave my 2 yr old hungry. Patients were made fun of and laughed at and though a couple were way out in left field but gentle and kind treated lesser than an animal. Medical complaints ignored. The place was nasty and the staffs attitudes even nastier. I met 5 employees there that actually gave a damn. The others would rather step over or around puddles of urine than to clean it up. I wouldn’t wish this place on an enemy.

They do not call families when their love ones has arrived by transport. Very unprofessional!!! And left a message for CEO to call me....well...No returned call as of yet. There is a urgent need for investigation of this place and it's staff. Who's the real team leader of this place?  #NEWSCOVERAGEONTHEWAY

Dr Wilson has restored  my faith in the medical/mental health profession....my prayers,were answered  directly....her listening skills saved us from what easily could have been a disastrous first trip into mental health spectrum. ..thanks to her - I see there  is much hope
