This place is horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! Almost a month ago I went to this hospital to check out my foot. I couldn’t walk on it and it was severely swollen and black and blue. I came to this hospital the day after Irma came through. I couldn’t even get a room. NO they were not busy at all. I was not able to get a room I sat in a chair in the hallway. On my way to the chair I passed a couple of rooms that were empty. This was such a horrible experience. While I was there, I was told by the nurses that they had employee’s pets upstairs during the storm and they were still there. When I was finally brought to get an X-ray and seen the so-called doctor. He informed me that the doctor that reads the X-rays was not in and they would call me if they see anything wrong. Then they sent me home with NOTHING. Basically, a waste of time. I never heard back from anyone. I went to an actual ER that helps their patients and come to find out. I had a fracture that day and it is now worse. This entire situation could have been prevented. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I will never waste my time here again.

My son and daughter-in-law visited Walt Disney World last June. She was two days short of 28 weeks pregnant. On their way home to North Carolina, my daughter-in-law started feeling terrible. Being a nurse herself, she knew something was very wrong. They stopped at the Wal-Mart to let her take her blood pressure which was sky-high. She told my son that she needed to go to a hospital immediately. Fortunately, this wonderful hospital was just around the corner. They took her straight back, worked to get her blood pressure down, but quickly realized she had severe preeclampsia. They did an emergency C-section immediately, got the baby out, and sent him to the NICU at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl. Through it all, the nurses, doctors, administration, and everyone else were professional, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and each did his/her job with the utmost dedication for the welfare of my son, daughter-in-law, and their baby.THIS HOSPITAL IN ST. MARYS SAVED MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW'S AND MY GRANDSON'S LIVES!!!! They deserve all my and my wife's praise and we will be forever indebted to this fantastic hospital and its wonderful, professional, caring staff.

Been here an hour in the waiting room, only 3 people in here including myself. Brought my daughter in bc she is having problems breathing and painful chest pains. 2nd episode in 2 hours. Now the pain has subsided some and she's breathing fine. According to the reviews I should run out of here fast, but just as soon as I leave I'm sure it will hit again. This reminds me of the bandaid station back home. I don't know what else to do

I came in with side pain & the nurse ask for urine and did blood work before The Doctor saw me or inquired why I'm here. WHEN I saw the doctor, he didn't even ask about my medical history. He did a Cat scan and diagnose me with Abdominal pain, but prescribe me with muscle spasms medicine? This was my first and last visit... And was STILL in pain when left and I was later admitted into a local hospital in Florida two days later and had to stay there 10 days because they found the problem.  this Hospital charge my insurance over $3,000 for an emergency room visit with inaccurate diagnosis & findings... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!
