If I could give this negative stars, I would. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. My boyfriend was in a car accident, had his head stapled, and his phone died while at the hospital. I live in Atlanta so I called the hospital to ask if he was still there. After the staff let me know they could not release the information, I tried multiple times to ask that if he was there that they please try to get his attention to call a taxi. The woman on the other line (who did not give her name) kept talking over me and interrupting me. I even told her that I understand and I don’t need any information relayed to me if they’re not going to release it. 

My boyfriend still hasn’t made it to where he can contact me. I will contact the hospital again to make a formal complaint.

By far one of the worst hospitals I've been to. Staff are incompetent and rude. They are constantly huddled around the desks and eating, or on their phones. As a career field based around helping and providing for patients you would think they could do a half ass decent job. I've seen better ran facilities in 3rd world countries. Someone needs to step in and truly restructure this hospital.

This is not good hospital. U got staff on their phone no doing anything and people setting here 4-5 hours. Some one need to get whole new staff. If things that busy don't yall think u need more doctors. It dose not make any sense having to sit there 4-6 hours to get seen. U have people all in the hallway. But nurse on the phones  on facebook or just stand around talking about when they're going shopping. They whole time people is ask for blankets and something to drink but r not getting it. It a very poor health system. They need to shut it down. Let a whole new CEO and all new management come in.

Disgusting and dirty. There are bugs flying everywhere and after you get a room and they examine you they slam you in a "results pending room" with other patients this is the biggest joke of a medical facility I have ever seen. I'm not even sure how this is legal and allowed.

Been here twice, currently in er lobby for chest pain since 2... it’s 551 right now 
I know surgeons here hell my own father worked here years ago I called to complain and the supervisor hung up on me and upon call back essitiallty told me to screw off... go to literally any other hospital hell go to jacksonville
