I met with w/Nick back in September 2017 for new brakes and rotors.  I'd looked at German Auto works for some years to work on my Cayenne but had never had a vehicle serviced there until now.

I've had their shop install new rotors, break pads and sensors; change oil and break fluid.  

Any corrections or changes I've needed, Nick and team have always addressed quickly.  They love cars and are a GREAT group of people!

The shop does high-quality work, we've used them for many years as they are convenient and (slightly) cheaper than BMW shops. They use only BMW parts, however.  But, ownership changes a few years ago decreased the level of customer service. Although the vehicle was properly dealt with, my wife was treated rudely and unprofessionally, and not for the first time there by one of the employees. We will not be going back.

Diagnosis was spot on (bad windshield washer pump) and charge reasonable for our E46 convertible. When the new part failed on the drive home they promptly obtained a second OEM part and installed it while I waited.

Friendly staff and good service--this time and on all previous occasions. Recommended by my Bosch Service Center in Philadelphia, and now recommended by us.

Since I bought my previously owned BMW X3 a few years ago,  the service and this team of people at German Auto Works has been really great.  They work with my schedule and I never have any problems with repairs.  This week, they went beyond the call of duty.  I had a tire rod that broke/bent and the car was not safe to drive.  It was a very stressful week at work, and the car situation made it worse.  Nick gave me extra help when he offered to get the car to my tire dealer of choice, and then get it back to the garage to finish an alignment.  That was service over and beyond what is reasonable to expect.  What a relief during a really tough week!  Thank you especially to Nick for all his help.  Thanks to German Auto Works for helping me keep my older car that I love.

Love these guys!  Always get good advice and fair pricing from them.  Really nice to have issues explained to the level of detail I am happy with. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now.
