Recently purchased a new Jeep from Walser in Hopkins and had a great experience. The dealership had a massive inventory so I was able to see the exact vehicle I built on the Jeep website in person. My Sales Consultant, Katie Sanders, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the financing options. The entire shopping and buying experience was seamless with very little waiting on financing approval/paperwork. I never felt pressured nor was hurried into making any decisions. Trading in my old vehicle (that had some repairs needed) with Walser was an added bonus as they were able to use their network of dealerships to find a buyer for my car right away and offer a higher than expected trade price based on the car’s issues. Overall couldn’t be more satisfied with my new Jeep and the shopping and buying experience at Walser.

February 2016 I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger. I loved it from the day I bought it to when I gave it up. The sales associate I was with was considerate and suffered through my indecisiveness until I made my choice. I wasn't thrilled with her manager who intervened a couple of times to close the sale but I bought the car regardless. This may have been worth a more generous review if it wasn't for the fact I was sent out with aged tires. 2010 car with factory tires at 32,500 miles. They wobbled and leaked, which their service department couldn't discover yet my mechanic took the time to show me each and every tire when it was up on the lift. These were unsafe tires by any standard. I blame no one but myself for not being more diligent about checking them prior to purchase. These wobbly tires led to uneven wear in the brakes and also required them to be replaced. A costly learning experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland from Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Hopkins. We had a wonderful experience with John Carey! From the second we met him, he was warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and simply really easy to work with. We thought we had our financing already figured out and he helped us explore all the options and we ultimately went with Walser for financing as the interest rate was great. It was refreshingly unexpected how easy and enjoyable our car purchasing experience was with John. John, thank you for all your help with our car purchase. You went above and beyond, sharing about your own experience purchasing from Walser Hopkins years ago, going over all the differences between models, test driving, and exploring financing options. We highly recommend John Carey and Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Hopkins Walser!

My wife and I recently leased new Jeeps at Walser in Hopkins. Thomas Duffy was our leasing/sales person. We have leased Jeeps before from Walser and have had the pleasure of working with Thomas Duffy on a couple of different occasions. Thomas is knowledgeable, friendly and assists you with your needs. It's a great place to get a vehicle and Thomas is a sales person who will take good care of you. Along with Alex Eilers in their finance department you're in good hands. Joe K

Never had a better experience buying a car! Ryan Smith and Thomas Duffy made it all so easy via paperwork and understanding the financial portion. Buying even a used vehicle has always been so stressful. I figured it would be especially now with a 2 year old joining me, but everyone was so kind and helpful with my little one. We left feeling stress free, knowing we bought a great vehicle; so excited to drive it daily!
