I bought my car in a different state but needed to choose a place to service it. After some research I decided on Morries and was not disappointed. They were so helpful. Got me in and out as soon as possible. Scheduling services here is simple and quick. The staff was incredible and kind. The waiting area is very well done. I will have no problems doing the rest of my car servicing here!

Great experience at Morrie's. Drake was professional and easy going. Very low pressure and was willing to clean the snow off as many cars as we wanted to test drive prior to making our decision. My wife is very particular and was able to find a vehicle with the options most important to her and made comfortable with the purchase process. We had a particular car in mind when we went in, and although that is the one we ended up getting; Drake made sure to review our needs and other vehicles that may fit them prior to just selling us what we came in for. Solution selling at it's best.

Absolutely love this place!! Walked in not knowing what i was able to be financed for and they made the process go so smooth and comfortable!! Darien was our sales associate and he was phenomenal along with all the other staff there! I ended up walking out with a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I LOVE IT!!!

Absolutely great service! Cezanne is fantastic, so helpful and nice! The technicians, the finance people are professionals. Highly recommend this place!

Until my most recent visit on December 8, 2017, I would have given Morries 394 Hyundai a 4-5 star rating. My latest visit didn't go well and poor communication from the "advisor" was a large part of it. I went in for an oil change and to get my driver's side mirror replaced. I approved an additional "fuel system cleaning" recommended by the advisor. My car was promised to me in 4 days. It was a week and a half later and I had to keep calling, the advisor never got in touch with me about issues getting the mirror. And when I picked it up, the "check engine" light was on and the car could barely move forward. I had to leave it again, this was on a Friday morning. They didn't even touch it until the following Monday, and I picked it up the next Tuesday. A very long time without my car, though they did give me a tiny and uncomfortable loaner for free. And through all of this, my advisor never called me unless I had called a couple of times asking for an update. I hope this experience is not an indicator that the service at Morries has deteriorated from what used to be very good and responsive.
