I brought my car here for an oil change because my mechanic charged me $55 more than the dealership does. I told the guy at the dealership this, so I was surprised when he didn't tell me ahead of time about the $70 he was charging to inspect my car, nor the $12 "environmental fee" for my recall fix. 
I left paying $120 for a $35 oil change.
The coffee was great.
They gave me a really nice free car wash.
But as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed that the wiper washer fluid would not come out. It had been snowing all day, so it worked up until then. I pulled over and cleaned off the wipers, and checked the fluid, which was full of a clear liquid, not the kind I put in earlier that day. Maybe it is a coincidence, but they worked fine on the way there.
I feel a little suspicious and I'm not sure if I'll be back there again or not.

I had my Alfa Romeo Giulia (Motor Trend's 2018 Car of the Year) specially built in Italy. Yesterday was my lucky day to pick it up. And all I can say is "WOW"!!! From my salesperson Nicole (she's fantastic) to Brett the GM to Ben in finance I've never met a finer and more professional group of folks to purchase a vehicle from. Want a Fiat or Alfa Romeo? You need to visit this dealership and get one!!!

Excellent! 5 Stars is not enough! Bought my very first car here last Tuesday and from the moment I requested more info everyone was fast and helpful! Dan the store manager really cares about his customers and only wants to make them happy! I had the pleasure of working with both Nicole and Johnny and they were super helpful! The service department is outstanding as well! If you're looking for an honest and helpful dealerahip Luther fiat of Minneapolis is your place !!

I was looking for a car that would fit my wants, needs, and budget. John Hoy got it done for me. He was great, never used any high pressure sales techniques, and was just a nice guy to deal with. The entire staff wanted to make sure we found a car that was a great fit for my family. Great communication in person, on the phone, and over email. I liked dealing with John almost as much as we love our new ride.
